Christian Seneca, born in Padua in 1975, is one of the first archers to join the Obiettivo3 team. A computer expert, he has been living in Val di Fassa since 2009, where he opened a shop. Sport has always been a constant in his life, especially medieval heavy combat, a discipline he has practised for years and which has seen him ranked third in Europe for some time. In 2011, following an accident, Christian lost the use of his legs and had to close down his business.
Even though he could no longer fight, sport immediately became a way of getting back on his feet and challenging himself. Christian first approached ice hockey, and then archery. It is through the latter discipline that the athlete came into contact with the Obiettivo3 family. And so, arrow after arrow, training session after training session, Christian began to dream of the Paralympics.
